Welcome to Hunnid Grand Ink . These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products, including but not limited to graphic design, printing, promotional materials, and all related services provided by Hunnid Grand Ink.
By placing an order, using our services, or interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Hunnid Grand Ink offers the following services:
Custom printing (e.g., business cards, flyers, banners, apparel, etc.)
Graphic design and branding services
Digital and physical proofing
Marketing materials and custom artwork
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
Order Acceptance: Orders are only accepted once full payment is received unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Proof Approval: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production. Hunnid Grand Ink is not liable for errors (e.g., typos, misalignment, sizing issues) once the client has approved the proof.
Turnaround Time: Estimated delivery/production times begin after proof approval. Turnaround times exclude weekends and holidays unless otherwise stated.
Rush Orders: Rush services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to approval and availability.
Clients are responsible for submitting print-ready files that meet our specifications (CMYK color mode, 300 DPI resolution, correct bleed and trim marks, etc.).
Files not meeting these standards may result in delays, quality issues, or rejections. Hunnid Grand Ink will notify the client when this occurs.
All original artwork created by Hunnid Grand Ink remains the intellectual property of the company until paid for in full.
Once payment is made, ownership of the final artwork is transferred to the client, excluding any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets that may carry separate licensing terms.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or for marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of placement. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur costs if production has begun.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted in cases of production error or damage clearly caused by Hunnid Grand Ink.
Returns: Custom-printed items cannot be returned. In the rare event of a defect, we may offer a reprint at our discretion.
Hunnid Grand Ink is not responsible for:
Errors in artwork approved by the client
Slight color variation due to monitor vs print color differences (RGB vs CMYK)
Delays caused by third-party shipping providers
In no event shall Hunnid Grand Ink be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional fees due to incorrect addresses or re-delivery attempts are the client’s responsibility.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
