To cancel an order, go to My Account > Orders, locate the specific order, click “View Details”, and select “Request Cancellation”. You may also contact our support team for assistance.
Important: Cancellation requests are only accepted before an order enters the “In Production” stage. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Additionally, please note that turnaround times do not include shipping/transit times, and may vary depending on the operational schedules of specific departments.

By submitting your order, you confirm that your files are 100% Print Ready and meet all technical requirements including bleed, color mode, resolution, and size. You accept full responsibility for your artwork and understand:
Documents will be trimmed exactly as shown in the preview, with a standard 1/16″ under-trim around the edges for applicable products (e.g., Postcards, Rack Cards, Club Flyers, Sell Sheets).
Final printed colors may differ slightly from your monitor preview due to the CMYK printing process versus RGB screen display.
Due to our fast turnaround, cancellations, file updates, or holds can only be made within 15 minutes of placing the order.
For UV one-sided products, upload:
Front side using the “Front Page” button.
Back side using the “Back Page” button.
For folded products, upload:
Outside panels as the “Front Page”.
Inside panels as the “Back Page”.
Selecting the Proofing System will redirect you to our Designer Studio, where you can:
Adjust your design to match our print template.
View cut/safety lines.
Ensure resolution and layout accuracy.
If you choose “Print As Is”, you acknowledge full responsibility for your file and confirm that it meets our file setup standards as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and FAQs.
You’ll reach a confirmation page where you can:
Double-check order accuracy.
Upload dielines or define custom features (like numbering).
Add items to your cart for checkout.
Maximum file size: 1000MB (1GB). If your file exceeds this limit, please contact our Chat Support.
Recommended file formats: PDF and JPG for best results. We also accept JPEG, TIF, TIFF, EPS, and PNG.
Only PDF, PNG, and JPG files show previews in your account.
Data formats accepted: CSV, XLS, XLSX.
